Argentine Tango is called the dance of love because it is intimate and intense to the point of taking your breath away.
Like Pilates, there is nothing spontaneous or improvisational about Tango. The routines in one (and the steps in the other) are meticulously carried out.
That is the reason why both are slow and concentrated and why a person who learns one, can easily learn the other.
The question is: can a person learn to Tango in only 15 days? (The same question goes for Pilates). The answer is: well … yes.
In 15 days you can learn some basic steps (tango) and routines (Pilates) to get along, and that is infinitely more than what most people would dream of.
And certainly, if you traveled to Buenos Aires, Argentina, both Tango and Pilates would definitely be easier.
South America is not only a romantic tourist adventure, it is also the fastest way to learn how to Tangolates!!!
