1 Instructive DVD that shows the step-by-step development of each routine in detail. Duration: 90 minutes.
1 Book (250 pages) with the theory, history and photographic production of the exercises (In CD-Rom). (In English)
1 Intensive practical Course (Duration: 4 Days) for Professional Use. This Course is offered in Buenos Aires. (It is advisable but not required)

Those who also wish to become non exclusive distributors of Tamara Di Tella Pilates & Tangolates will apply for the permit to re-sell Licenses.
